The Making Of ….. Hull For the construction of a TRYVIA blasted steel plate is used. Thicknesses are: for the surfaces 6mm, for the sides 5mm, the floorings 5mm and for the build up 4mm. After cutting the steel package the hull constructor starts the building. |  |
 | Stainless Steel After about 3 months the hull is finished and the application of the stainless steel starts. All SS parts like push frames, exhaust strips, anchor plate, bitts, clamps, railing, etc. are of 316-quality and are being polished high gloss by hand. |
Painting After the application of SS the ship is treated with an ‘International Paint’ painting system. International Paint is a subdivision of AKZO Nobel. The painting system exists of 4 layers.

 | Carpentry Concerning interior and division of the ship the wishes and ideas of the customer play an important role. In this way every TRYVIA ship is unique. Standard is the use of the cherry wood although it is an option to choose another timber. The interior is finished with a lot of framework.

Technical Installation After the painting the installation of the engine, generator, bow and stern thrusters, fuel tanks, etc. is started. These activities are carried out in combination with the wood works.

 | Assembly After the carpentry the finishing work begins. The windows, port holes etc. are being placed. The selected furnishings are applied and all systems are carefully checked and trialled.

Technical Trial Trip After the finishing assembly the ship is launched for the technical trial trip. All systems are being tested and checked extensively.

 | When all details meet the quality standards the ship is ready for delivery to its happy customer(s). |
